Description

The bible is a book that was destined to change the behaviour of people and nations. God chose Israel to help bring these facts to the fore. However, Israel proved unfaithful and disobedient turning to their own ways until God could not tolerate it any more. Time and time again He forgave them, but they insisted to go back to idols and became reprobates to His laws. God scattered Israel to the Syrians and Juda to
Babylon. After the Jews returned to Jerusalem, God sent Jesus to come and be born and to grow up before the people. He proclaimed repentance, conversion and insisted on people returning back to God and His Kingdom. He was crucified and then was
raised up from the dead and received up into heaven to sit at the right hand of God
the Father and be Judge of the world and to save the world. His work is not finished
but carries on from heaven and His faithful servants on earth until the day He comes
back to take over the Kingdoms of the world to become the Kingdom of God.
The gospel presents a new way of living and how to obtain it and this is the reason for this course. It shows us that a new life is possible with power from above to
preach the gospel, live the gospel and extend the gospel.
