One of the most beautiful things that God uses us in is to be His polished arrow against the wicked. This symbolism describes how truth comes into us to bring changed results. On the other hand, Satan’s arrows are designed to maim and kill us. Whether we like it or not, either of these arrows will be directed towards our hearts. This is a figurative language for elucidating biblical prerogatives of separation – the righteous from the unrighteous.
